Wednesday Triple League

16th August 2024

Well the 2024 Season has finished, we rallied together for the final few games and pulled a few results out of the bag and managed to attain 62 points pulling us out of the relegation zone.  So onwards and upwards and already looking forward to the 2025 season in Division ONE...

We are ready for the new 2024 Wednesday League, New Captain and some new players.

Happier, Stronger and more relaxed. 

The 2023 season see's Thurmaston Bowls Club compete in the Wymeswold Mixed Triple League Division 1 for the first time.

Some thought we would not get promoted, and if we did, would go straight down..... Well we are playing in Division ONE in the 2024 season having finished 5th with a total of 66 points.

The 2022 season saw Thurmaston Bowls Club win the Wymeswold Mixed Triple League Division 2 . The final score was 108 points, averaging 6 points per game and we finished 11 points ahead of the runners up.  All this means that Thurmaston will be competing in Division One in the 2023 season. 

The 2021 season saw Thurmaston Bowls Club enter the Wymeswold Mixed Triple League division 2 competition. At the end of the shortened season Thurmaston finished second  with a total points of 46, four behind the winners.
